II. Rights of users and data subjects

With regard to the data processing described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right

to confirmation of whether data concerning them is being processed, information about the data being processed, further information about the nature of the data processing, and copies of the data (see also Art. 15 GDPR);
to correct or complete incorrect or incomplete data (see also Art. 16 GDPR);
to the immediate deletion of data concerning them (see also Art. 17 GDPR), or, alternatively, if further processing is necessary as stipulated in Art. 17, Para. 3 GDPR, to restrict said processing per Art. 18 GDPR;
to receive copies of the data concerning them and/or provided by them and to have the same transmitted to other providers/controllers (see also Art. 20 GDPR);
to file complaints with the supervisory authority if they believe that data concerning them is being processed by the controller in breach of data protection provisions (see also Art. 77 GDPR).

Additionally, the data controller is obliged to inform all recipients to whom it discloses data of any such corrections, deletions, or restrictions placed on processing the same per Art. 16, 17 Para. 1, 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not apply if such notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Nevertheless, users have a right to information about these recipients.

Also, under Art. 21 GDPR, users and data subjects have the right to object to the future processing of their data, provided that the data is processed by the controller in accordance with legal requirements per Art. 6, Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising is permissible.

III. Information about data processing

Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for its storage ceases to apply, provided the deletion of the same is not in breach of any statutory storage obligations or unless otherwise stipulated below regarding the individual processing procedures.

If you contact us via contact form or email, the data you provide will be used for the purpose of processing your inquiry. The provision of this data is necessary for the processing and response to your inquiry - without it, we cannot or only partially respond to your inquiry.

By using the contact form, the data you submit will be processed by Formspree.io, an external provider, and is subject to its privacy policy. Please note that Formspree.io only stores the last 50 sent messages. Messages are deleted thereafter. For forwarding emails to info@fieri-solutions.de, Formspree.io uses Sendgrid.com. We would like to point out that this might cause user data to be processed outside the European Union, particularly in the United States. This may increase risks for users in that, for example, the subsequent access to the user data may be made more difficult. We also do not have access to this user data. The access is exclusively available to LinkedIn.

General Linking to Third-Party Profiles

The provider includes links to the following social networks on the website.

The legal basis for this is Art. 6, Para. 1, lit. f GDPR. The provider's legitimate interest is in improving the quality of website usage.

The integration of the plugins is done through a linked graphic. Only by clicking on the respective graphic is the user redirected to the service of the respective social network.

After the user is redirected, the respective network collects information about the user. Initially, this includes data such as IP address, date, time, and the visited page. If the user is logged into their user account on the respective network at the same time, the network operator may be able to link the collected information from the user's specific visit to their personal user account. If the user interacts with a "Share" button from the respective network, this information may be stored and possibly published in the user's personal user account. To prevent the collected information from being directly associated with the user's user account, the user must log out before clicking on the graphic. Additionally, there is the option to configure the respective user account accordingly.
